WHAT'S ABOUT EVENT / WRTI
The Wildlife Research & Training Institute (WRTI) is organizing the 1st Wildlife Scientific Conference to be held in Naivasha, Kenya, under the theme: “Use of Wildlife Science for enhanced Biodiversity Conservation and improved Livelihoods”.
The purpose of the conference is to showcase wildlife scientific output, share experiences and expertise with other scientists globally as well as act as a channel to disseminate information gathered on wildlife science for decision-making. The focus will be on well-researched scientific papers on discoveries, innovations, technologies and applications in wildlife conservation and sustainable utilization
Presentation and submission of full papers / WRTI
Oral or Poster presentation will be subject to submission of full manuscript. The length of each manuscript should not be more than 12 pages including references (formatted in MS-Word single space, Times New Roman, 12Pt). For poster presentation, it should not exceed 90cm length x 75cm width. Deadline for submission will be on 28th July 2023.
Virtual/Video Presentation / WRTI
Virtual/video presentation for those who will not manage to travel to the venue of the conference will be organized. Allocated time will be 15 minutes
for video presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. All virtual presenters will send their recorded videos before conference dates to wrtiscicon2023@wrti.
go.ke and will also have to include the title, name of the author presenter and institutional affiliation.
